Studio Luigi Stefanini, in collaboration with Total Dairy Management of S. Paolo (Brescia) and Netafim Italia Ltd. of Monleone di Cicogna (Geneve) are going to organize a study–tour to Israeli addressed to all the farmers and agricultural technicians and to everyone that could be interested in studying the results reached by Israeli centers of research in the irrigation sector (new technologies, dryland farming etc.) and in dairy cattle breeding informatics management.

With this purpose we are going to visit some important Universities and research centers where the most modern and innovative technologies of water saving are already in use (such as in the Hatzerim kibbutz, placed in Negev desert). About the management of dairy cattle breeding, instead, we are going to visit Afikim kibbutz, near to Lake Tiberias (also known as Sea of Galilee). We also would like to visit Ben Gurion University, an important center of technology innovation and agricultural systems, especially for what concerns dryland farming technics.

The departure is scheduled on Monday 12th October, while the return will be on Sunday 18th October, 2015.
