BUSINESS TRIP TO DISCOVER THE ITALIAN AGRIFOOD EXCELLENCES

Only two months left to the opening of Expo 2015, the Universal Exhibition about nutrition that Milan will host from 1st May to 31st October 2015.
A world-wide event that will see the participation of more than 140 Countries, and will represent an important opportunity to reflect upon the future of nutrition.
On the occasion our Staff will offer to all the foreign travel agencies interested in visiting the Expo, an articulate business proposal including, besides a two-day visit to the exhibition
- guided visits to some of the most important national enterprises operating in all the producing, processing and distribution fields of agri-food products (2 days);
- B2B meetings with Institutions, Producers associations and Trade associations (1 day);
- some touristic visits to some of the most interesting and famous Italian places and monuments (1 day).

All our travel proposals are different in order to satisfy all the visitor requests: after the two-day visit to Expo our customers could choose between 10 itineraries (you will find all the details in the enclosure) or ask for a customized itinerary that will be defined on the request expressed by client delegations.
The tour, in fact, could be totally customized: duration, contents and period of staying.
Base participation fee: 150 euros (price per head) for any day of staying.

The final price of your travel will be defined after your itinerary choice and specific request. Our quotation includes: transfers, hotel accommodations, interpreters and touristic services.
We are working to ensure to all our clients a list of customized programs full of interesting business meetings with the representatives of Italian firms operating in agri-food field, in order to acquire contacts and to start advantageous collaborations with them.

If you are interested in our proposal and if you think you can collect a delegation of visitors from your own Country in order to visit Milan Expo and, eventually, other shows and exhibitions, Luigi Stefanini’s staff and his collaborator MemoriTravel Agency of Piacenza (ITALY) will be available to discuss all your necessities and requests (transfers, Expo or other Shows tickets, other place of interest…).
